Tasting Notes:

Nose: green and citrus fruits in a salad, drizzled with honey and full of increasingly rich, custardy notes that add sweetness and a sense of body. A wonderfully simple, easy, cohesive whole with some subtle suggestions of waxes and spice in the background.

Palate: dangerously sippable and easy. Showing a wonderful balance of fatness, easy fruitiness with hints of waxes, fruit teas and Mirabelle. Captured at a perfect age with this balance of freshness and maturity on display.

Finish: good length, getting spicier and waxier, but all the while still holding onto this gorgeous Balblair fruitiness.
