Official tasting notes:
Nose: Unripe cranberries, Autumn leaves, creme de cassis, cinnamon, nutmeg, sultanas and raspberry cordial.

Palate: Dry spice with berry compote. Clove studded oranges, grapefruit juice and crushed spearmint.
Finish: Dry and certainly tannic—some lingonberry jam, cloves and cinnamon.
