Tasting Notes

Nose: Notes of fig rolls, date syrup, plums and star anise kick off this year's Local Barley.

Palate: A savoury element becomes more pronounced on the palate, with notes of burdock, shiitake mushrooms, tamari soy sauce and liquorice.

Finish: Notes of campfire ash and treacle molasses come to the forefront in the finish.
