Tasting Notes

Nose: A sweet and inviting introduction to this dram, we have notes of fruit salad candy, raspberry ripple, dried mango, frosting and dark chocolate.

Palate: The complexity builds in the palate, with notes of smoked cayenne pepper, crushed chillies, toffee and charred steak.

Finish: Gentle peat smoke emerges in the finish, along with notes of pink grapefruit, cocoa powder, glazed cherries and salted pretzels.
