Tasting Notes
Nose: Extremely briny with mineral notes, lemon, seafood, cold ash and grapefruit.
Palate: The grapefruit becomes more a fruity orange on the palate but the mineral notes continue with again lemon, seafood, and cold ash.
Finish: long, warming with a dry, ashy, salty and peaty finish.
