Tasting Notes

Nose: Immediately spicy on the nose; bursting with aromas of cinnamon, ginger and cloves, before revealing notes of sweet candied fruits and Demerara sugar.
Palate: The palate is fresh and vibrant. A grassy, herbal note fades to reveal mint, sweet spice and cloved oranges.

Finish: The addition of water increases the spiciness; becoming soft and round with a lingering finish.
