Official Tasting Notes:

Nose: White grapes and elderflower, a touch of menthol, Lyle’s Golden Syrup and cookie dough. Like if Tunnock’s did a white chocolate Caramel Wafer. Toasted oak, blanched almonds and warm brioche.

Palate: Cantuccini biscuits, waxy with honey and butteries, elderflower cordial. Water brings out some more floral notes along with a bunch of yellow fruits and nougat.

Finish: Fruity and buttery, lots of nice cask derivatives from the 1st fill here. Medium length
