Er reifte für 10 Jahre in einem Eichenfass und wurde 2023 für Swell de Spirits in Fassstärke mit 55.40% abgefüllt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Pot Still verwendet.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Marshmallows burning over a bonfire on a birch stick, gasoline, Bunsen burner, silage, rubber boots, canvas tent with a rubber tarpaulin base, shepherd's pie with extra Worcestershire sauce and brown gravy, sage, chives, valerian, blueberries, raspberry jam and chamomile tea.

Taste: Dirty, funky smoke, capers, pâté en croute, campfire smoked herring, peanut butter, chai tea, sage, marjoram, dark chocolate cookies and smoldering campfires.

Finish: Factory chimneys belching smoke, vanilla latte and donuts, followed by perfect smoke rings.
