Official Tasting Notes:

Nose: A very welcoming and enticing nose with honey, springtime fields and seville oranges. Like a delicious, buttery chardonnay. Toasted wood, brown sugar and candy floss. Water brings out a multipack of Bounty bars.
Palate: Caramel flapjacks, apple pie, birch water, sucre vanillé. The oak is really well intregrated with bitter almonds and stone fruit.
Finish: Good length on the finish with some spices and coconut.
