Mit 54 % vol. in natürlicher Farbe und ohne Kühlfiltration abgefüllt, vereint dieser Single Cask die feine Eleganz der Brennerei mit rauchig-würziger Komplexität – eine rare und charakterstarke Interpretation des klassischen Lowland-Stils.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Notes of old leather, pipe smoke, and brandy butter open the bouquet. Dark fruits, dried herbs, and a hint of oak emerge – warm, spicy, and deep.

Palate: Sweet tobacco, delicate sherry notes, and an earthy, smoky depth define the palate. The influence of the red wine cask brings dark berries and a subtle tannin structure that harmonizes perfectly with the velvety texture.

Finish: Long and powerful with hints of burnt wood, matchsticks, and fireplace ash – a warm, smoky-dry aftertaste with an elegant bitterness.
